David is our Group CFO and plays a vital role in leading the planning and implementation of the Aquaspersions Group financial strategy. He sits on our board of directors and is accountable for providing strategic leadership to the Group finance teams across all three locations.
David has over 15 years’ experience of leading finance functions within multinationals and SMEs.
Shayel leads the Aquaspersions sales and marketing team. He is responsible for sales and leading the Aquaspersions growth plan globally.
Shayel brings more than 20 years of techno-commercial sales, marketing and management experience to Aquaspersions, having held senior positions in the UK and Europe across various businesses within the polymer and chemical industry.
Mark has over 30 years of industry experience in key account, sales, product marketing, business development and technical roles gained within polymer, plastic additives and specialty chemical industries.
Steve joined Aquaspersions in 2017 as our Production Manager and became Aquaspersions Group Manufacturing Director in 2021.
He sits on the board of directors and is accountable for global operations, manufacturing performance, plant engineering and has recently been overseeing our expansion efforts, including the build of our manufacturing facility in Louisiana, USA.
Based in Manchester, UK Mike supports the growth strategies at Aquaspersions with a particular focus on new business. Mike holds a BSc in Chemistry and has 10 year experience within the chemical industry. Mike specialises in key account management, product marketing, business development and technical problem solving for Aquaspersions.
James supports the growth of Aquaspersions biopolymer business, focussed on delivering sustainable coatings to the food packaging industry.
Having spent over a decade in a mix of technical and commercial roles related to specialty chemicals, James brings experience of taking products from research and development through to commercialisation.
Lucy is our Group HR Director and a member of the senior leadership team working across all three sites to implement the strategic HR priorities for the Group.
Lucy is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function which includes HR Generalist team, Recruitment, Business Support, Organisational Development, Staff Health and Wellbeing, Occupational Health, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
Lucy has over 20 years’ HR experience across many sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, engineering and utilities.
