Established in 1974, Aquaspersions has a track record of investment, innovation and growth and has developed expertise in dispersions and emulsions for antioxidants, crosslinkers, accelerators, curatives and pigments. We have deep customer relationships and a strong technical and innovation-led approach. From our beginnings in Halifax, UK, in the 1970s, we now have operations in the UK, Malaysia and the United States and are a truly global business.
Our People
Our multi-disciplinary teams combine scientific expertise, deep technical experience, and market insight to support our global customer base. We have 115 people in the business including 17 R&D specialists, 4 PhD qualified scientists and 14 sales specialists.
A Global Manufacturing Network
With facilities in the UK, Malaysia and North America, our global footprint enables us to provide reliable supply, consistent quality and local market expertise wherever our customers operate. Our Technical Centre of Excellence for Anti-Oxidants is in the UK, whilst Malaysia is the Technical Centre of Excellence for Latex Gloves.
Manufacturing Processes
Over a 50 year period we have developed expertise in our core processes of Ambient and High Pressure Emulsification, Wet Bead Milling and Blending. Advanced manufacturing processes enable us to produce high quality dispersions and emulsions at scale whilst maintaining rigorous standards on quality.
Materials Expertise
We have deep experience processing antioxidants, curatives, accelerators, pigments, polyisocyanate crosslinkers, and Polyvinyl butyral (PVB). We are known as ‘the specialist’ for suspending these functional additives in water-based dispersions and emulsions, but our capabilities also extend to oil-based materials and other mediums.

Our materials are used in a wide variety of applications, including Suspension PVC Polymerisation, ABS Polymerisation, Natural and Synthetic Rubber & Latex Polymerisation and Processing, Nitrile Gloves, Protective Films, Adhesives and Coatings.
