AQUAREZ® ST40 is a high-tech additive used for the online production of powder free latex / non-latex gloves. It is used in the coagulant as a replacement for conventional powders, as both an anti-tack and mold releasing agent. Chemical residuals on the former in the production process are minimized and can be easily cleaned with an alkaline bath cleaning agent (AQUASTAB AL20) and hot water rinsing bath in the former cleaning set-up.
Natural Rubber Gloves:
Use at 1.5 – 2.5% v/v solution at temperature range of 45 - 50°C.
Nitrile Gloves:
Use 0.5 – 0.8% v/v solution at temperature range of 45 - 50°C.
